Katherine Kraken Masquerade Ball

So my webcam killed the colours....and the rain smudged it a little. This is Katherine Krakens first wave Halloween ball gown....I need to do editing with the mask to make it better.
So The lower part of the dress is like tenticals (she is a sea creature after all) the top half is blue satin with dark green seaweed patters all over it.

The ball is held at Quinn King's labyrinth if I am correct c:
